yeah you have options on tires for your stock wheels. you can do 215/70-15, 225/70-15, or 215/75-15. I listed those from small to large.
the 215/75-15's sit about 27.7" tall. alot of people use...

did you find a way to lift your CRV? if you're leaving it at stock height, you could do a 215/75-15 or 225/70-15 max on your stock wheels

yeah I didnt think about that...but it does sound like it would be unstable. the sleeve would be up the strut more and therefore probably wouldnt have enough support since most of the threaded...

Yeah, tires are way more for the 17" wheels so I said forget it. Plus I like the smaller wheels with beefy tires look better.
My crv is a stock 1998 that I got from my fiance's parents cause it had...

yeah try checking the wires in the doorjam first. All you gotta do is pull that black conduit off the wires. luckily, right when i pulled the conduit back, i saw a broken wire right there.
