your motor's going to blowup if you decrease your exhaust diameter due to increased backpressure and you'll notice a loss of close to 50hp. i'm just messin. this is john, btw.

it will bolt-up to the head, but the catalytic converter flange might be a lil goofy and misaligned. any competent muffler repair shop can remedy it.

you can use the delsol sivtec w/ b16 engine. i dont know exactly what years, but it will work. also you can use any crv b20 ac bracket. those two will bolt-up just fine using the sohc a/c belt

what happens when you turn the key? do you hear the main relay clicking? do you hear your fuel pump priming? more importantly, does the engine turn over?

don't worry about that gap, the wastegate valve...

don't worry about that gap, the wastegate valve will depress as you tighten the bolts and the gap will close.
