Supercharger idling and still has 12psi?

Ok, my friend says that superchargers have constant boost, I know they do, I just thought it came at like 3k rpm's. So if I have it set at like 12psi, at idle it will have 12psi?Please explain.

Wheres a good place to get OEM or aftermarket bumpers? (for 1995 s-10)

Well I got inot a wreck in my truck.....and need to know where I can get the solid metal front bumper. Aftermarket would be cool b/c its cheaper, but anything will do. TIA!

Well im planning on building a project CRX....and I was hoping to gain some knowledge. I know I will need a turbo....turbo mani...and intercooler. But what else? What lines..hoses..etc. TIA!

Well my friend just got a 97 gst eclipse. Why cant you hear the turbo and bov when its not driving. Like just sitting there, and rev it, you cant hear the turbo spooling up.....why not?

Hey sorry to sound stupid but I read a post and someone said he was scared to go WOT b/c he might spin a bearing. What does that mean? Is it the thrust bearing? If so...what is/does the thrust...
