Whistling when i start (5th gen)

i have a 2002 manual coupe, and now when i start moving in first gear, sometimes there's a whistling or chirping sound. Has or does anyone have this problem, or does anyone know what it is?

actually, the biggest discount is from DC. 533 is the retail and the price my friend said for the headers is 270.....

the evo is 599 retail, dc is like 533, i dunno about aem, eibach is about 250 i think, thats already over the 1200 not including aem, and then the brake pads, fluid, and struts

SOHCMAN, the outback does have a hood scoop, although it doesnt do anything. I suppose if you added a turbo for it, you could cut out the piece of plastic under the scoop that blocks air right now...
