Yes you should do it, the rubber could probably have a lot of cracks. Its peace of mind to take care of that. Last thing you would want is for it to snap at random

you need to work on your 60ft times. Also you can boost up to 10 psi as long as your block is still good, try a compression and leakdown test to see if its safe.

other than carb cleaner, i'd use steel wool or some fine sand paper. Scuffing the piston helps remove "hot spots" which could cause detonation

I got the turbo at a sponsor price, Rated hp i don't kno maybe its posted on their website. Last i checked with my builder they made over 700+hp. Given my current situation i haven't had the benefit...

just to clarify, you didn't put the check valve in line right ? you put it using a Tee correct ? also one, didn't work for me try using 3. This is just a band aid, i hope you plan on using a engine...

I guess it would be a little over kill for just a walbro pump. I used -10an Feed and -8an Return on my car then again i use 2 Aeromotive A1000 pumps
