Your seats should have metal hooks on the bottom front side which hook into the slots in the floor. Those have to be hooked in first before the back side of the seat is put down. I think its the same...

haha, oops. nevermind. I found the problem. Somehow I forgot the IGN switch was ON. I guess I tried to roll the window down so I don't lock myself out and then forgot I had switched it ON.

How many miles are on the motor? Does it burn any oil? Have you done a compression check?

Make sure the Dist cap/rotor and plug wires are good. And retarding your timing a little should help.

Did you check all the wiring to the IACV? You need to test the voltage at the IACV and the ECU. Are you getting any CEL Codes?

First off, what kind of idle issues are you having? Do you have a low, high, surging idle? I assume your talking about a surging idle. And are you talking about the catch can that the PCV plugs into?...

Are you sure you got the right firing order of the plug wires, you might have mixed them up. check that the wires are in the right order on the distributor. check for vacuum leaks.
