k20a3 does not have the three lobe VTEC.
Since you stated in this thread that you have a STOCK 02 Si, it is highly unlikely you have anything you're describing.

AEM EMS is for really hardcore racing. I don't recommend it unless you plan to track your car a lot. Kpro is a better choice if you want to do less tuning but still want to alter some features. ...

The OEM tires are the worst tires ever. Their traction in wet and dry is terrible. Look for another set of tires and you won't experience so many problems during wet weather.

Get Kpro and get it tuned. You can probably run as high as 12psi safely. A lot of ppl stick to around 9psi and crank out 300whp+.

Get Kpro and then go to your local tuner and have it tuned to...

To answer your question, all the race headers specific for the k-series have two O2 sensor bungs for your sensors. The primary (nearest to engine) O2 sensor is the one that detects your AF ratio. ...

Well, the only real reason I could think of is theft. The DC5-S has a lot of parts worth money on it and if you park it outside or in an area that is not too safe, you might have your car missing.
