I tigged brass today. Just get brass rod, and you can do it with a tig. brazing can do the same thing, but i've used the tig to do it many times. works great...

you should consider using a much larger compressor, because a T-3 requires much more RPMS to create the same amount of boost a larger wheel could.

you still should rotate the CHRA. Also, both housings freely rotate individually of each other section, you just have to take out or grind down the alignment tabs. You can surely make it fit and keep...

its going to seal fine, make sure its FLAT, and use a nice high quality sealant up in there. I preffer the Indian cheif Gasket sealer by permatex.. It's very high quality.

rich on one of those cheap gauges can mean 14:1 afr's or 8:1 afrs.. it looks the same on the gauge..
