Damn thats good to hear. Just found an 85 REX in perfect condition, to use as a parts car. Paying $100 s for it. All the plastic fenders are in perfect condition, as are the seats. I would fix it to...

Will a manual transmission from an 85 REX swap over to my 86 REX that has a automatic trans? If so, what extra things will have to be done to make it work?

Advancing the timing gives no significant effect on the horsepower. Any extra it brings isnt even noticable.

You could take some bleach and pour it on the ground before your burnout. Roll up to the bleach, then dump the clutch and pull the E brake. Im sure both tires will spin and also you will get more...

Car runs hot when low on gas? What s the prob?

When my gas gets low my temperature gauge will go up. Is there some kind of relation with gas gauge and temp. gauge?

It has a 1.5, 12 valve, carb. Not sure on the engine code.

Just got an 86REX. My dads got a d15 out of a 92 civic dx. How hard would it be for the swap? Also how do you lower these cars if there is no springs in the front?
