I have a turbo F22a. It F-N flies on low boost 12-15psi on the street. I went 12.5 on 15psi a bad 60foot and misfiring... Like stated the OEM pistons are junk...and will break...

on my motor stock bore is 85mm. It is currently 85.5mm... I was told a stock headgasket will work.. I went through 2 of them before i realized it was gettting knicked by one piston.... Do yourself...

are you running the AEM ems? If so, i can send you my calibration files... I have a built F22 which is damn near the same motor...except i'm 85.5mm bore. The F22a and H23 use the same 95mm...

I never weighed it. OEM weight is around 2900... I took some weight off here and there, but probably added it back on with other stuff...

On my old turbo i had a 60-1 compressor, Mitsubishi standard bearing section, on a ported 7cm housing with a TD06H turbine wheel. That turbo died after only 7k easy miles due the oilpump breaking...

i personally think the AEM is very easy to use. It has instructions built into the damn thing... and theres a forum just for it on their website... It is a lot more advanced then hondata...

I guess you guys dont know, but honda updated most of their synchros with carbon ones. I know this cause i work for honda... It all started due to the s2k... they had synchro problems. So, hondas...

I have some experience with these cars... Does it only do this when trying to make boost? If so, theres probably an intake tube that came disconnected. I've seen the tube right off the turbo...

This is like my setup. I have a fully sleeved/built F22a1 nonvtec. The head has some very extreme porting done by myself... I never dyno'd mine, but on only 15psi, and the wrong sparkplug gaps,...

according to my datalogs, on only 15psi, with slicks, at the track, and 2.1 60ft i adverage 3.6 seconds 0-60mph. I'm sure its even faster with more boost....

I have the aem ems and setup and tried out the anti-lag. It works awesome, but as many people have told me "anti-lag kills turbo's". All that heat can and will destroy you turbine housing/turbine...

the only con to the blanket is if you have any leaks it will get saturated and be very heavy... also if it gets wet with rain water the same will happen...

i run the act xtss... its ok... has never slipped yet... and i have run as much as 20psi before. its engages very fast and is a pain in the ass if you get caught in stop/go traffic... but i cant...
