Eibachs are relatively soft and they are progessive rate...good for ride quality, not so good for handling...

I will agree that the interior build quality is better on the RSX. I like the styling about the same...LSD is nice but I like the fact that the RSX is a hatch because I haul stuff around alot...

Something to conisider is that the new Civic is a more modern design, its still going to look fresh a few years down the road...whereas the RSX might start showing the age of its design a bit...
