Car is bogging out, wants to stall very badly!

Does anyone know what could be goin on? The idle is stickin around 900, and it's pulsing (RPM'S not moving, but the motor feels like it's gonna stall)

I agree with the Z6 too (D16 VTEC) - just because it's newer, VTEC, and it's probably one of the most common motors around... he would have to convert the car to OBD-1, but everyone says it's not...

the american 88-89 have the pillar mounted, the 90-91 are door mounted. From my understanding, all of canada ones are pillar mounted

88 is the lightest, and it keeps on going up from there
