Since you have fuel pressure and spark, you need to figure out why you don't have injection pulse (assuming that you don't).

Get pics for sure, but what you are describing is ID springs and based on the numbers, they are 250mm in length and 50nm (285lbs) 40nm (228lbs).

If it's the 29808 kit with the original springs on it, it should be 345 front and 230 rear.

I have done countless in-chassis rebuilds on Honda motors, and I really mean countless. Unless building a race engine, there is rarely a reason to bore or replace main/thrust bearings, both surfaces...

Over tightening the pressure plate bolts will do nothing more than fatigue the bolts, it will have absolutely nothing to do with the operation of the pressure plate.

If the ball joint were bent, I could see it happening, but it would have to be seriously bent and causing the control arm to offset toward the rotor.
