I misplaced my Focal crossovers during my move.

Is my only option to order them from a Focal dealer or can I use some other cross overs?

Same thing happened to me a month ago.

EXACT SAME THING.

Cracked #4 cylinder and the head was pretty much smashed too.

I said f it and did the F22 swap.

I now have a blown F20C looking at...

I'm gonna go ahead and say that it is more than likely a valve issue than it is a ring issue.

I bought an 03 with 17k on it.

Sounds like the issue I had, eventually the #4 dropped a valve and now I have a F22C in there.

I can bitch and rant about everything that went wrong and I will if...

I checked the switch and it is on the ON position for the coolant to run through.

I will take the systems apart Saturday and run water through to see what is causing the water to be blocked, that...

I'll double check the hoses.

i do have the service manual and it does look correct. I was thinking maybe the lines for the F22 and F20 were different but I guess not, since I had hte F20 manual no...

Ok here is what happened:

After the install the car ran fine and so did the coolant system.

It recently turned cold here and I turned the heater on while driving the car's temperature ran up...

Can someone confirm that the F22C water hoses fit in the same location as the F20C?

After the engine install I'm not getting the heater to work, it blows cold and the car overheats when the heater...

A little helpful advice:

Make sure all the bolts are off the tranny, especially the top of the housing where you can't see.

If you are sure they are all out and its still not budging you can...

If you have a good flow of money to keep on replacing parts and continually be unable to drive the car due to it being at a shop or on jackstands, anything but just NA would be a pain.

Everything fits exactly from the engine mounts (use the AP1 mounts F20C's on the F22C engine) to plugging in the ecu.

The only thing is the fuel line is different but not hard to just un bolt and...

Welcome to Honda's wonderful Warranty System.

I love my S2K but I hate the Honda Warranty. I dont blame them if they dont cover something dumb that somebody does to their car but I think everyone...
