I too hate that bolt, but now i can change out a pedal assembly and install the new one in under 74 minutes. 74 minutes? CD playing the whole time.

Your clutch pedal is bending, eventually it will break. get a new pedal assembly. Your clutch is too hard for it. I know im on my third pedal assembly and your problem is exactly what I went through....

I think your back end will be crazy high, and the front will have a nice drop. Thats what happened when I put stock EG hatch springs on my CRX. Just get springs for the CRX.

yes, should cost you about 50 bucks at a junkyard, its a PITA to get out and put in. Remeber there is a bolt above the steering column on the other side of the air vent. It sucks. I can now take it...

yeah, 100k miles is about midlife for hondas. Count on 200k miles, it could very well be more though.

92-95's are EG and EJ and then 96-98 is EK. Sensing a pattern?

yup, just pound it on and spin it off. I worked at Discount Tire, thats how we did it too. depending on the lock and how hard it was last torqued down, and if theres rust it could take a few times...

im in the midst of swapping my pedal assembly as well. Be nice to yourself, drop the steering column when swapping them in and out. Oh yeah, you can use the assembly from any EF. Weld it up before...

im curious about this too. The octane rating for ethanol is higher so we coudl start running more compression or more boost. Anyone know what else if anything needs to be changed?

The SI is fuel injected, so make sure it is an SI. Hasport makes mounts to put a B-series in it. I dont know about wiring though.

Say you have a 2000 civic, automatic. If you used Bisi's adapter could you put a h22 in there and run it with the stock tranny. Could the tranny handle the torque? Any other thoughts? Be nice for a...
