No I st my base idle to 450-500, and ended up with a 750ish idle.
I tried what kelly said about the evap. Unhooked the evap connector and that did not fix the problem. Any other ideas welcome.

hondata IM gasket
30k on engine

Car:
96 Civic DX w/ orig. engine harness (did the appropriate wiring for an OBD2 - OBD2 swap 2 yrs ago)

Another thing, you've got to really work with all the brands to make a blanket statement as to which particular tool is the best. Punches, Chisels, screwdrivers, wrenches, Snap-on, etc. Some tools...

The FAR7200, 72b from Snap-On, in terms of 3/8ths air ratchets is the standard in the industry, hands down. Their impact wrenches on the other hand no. I'd have to give that to the IR Titanium 1/2...

tap the empty spade connector inside your distributor into the blue wire on the harness. your current diz probably did not have this connector attached to a wire because the ecu that the motor came...

Yeah but he says intermittantly the low beams work, which would tell me that intermittantly he has power to the low beams, and the ground is probably good since the low beam and high beam probably...

Sounds like the combination switch. See if you can pull it out and open it up and clean/reinforce the contacts inside. If not try another switch. gluck...
