Re: Civic vx wheels on a Honda Fit?

I really doubt it would fit, as they probably wouldn't clear the brakes.

Re: OFFICIAL EK SQUAD PIC THREAD

Sorry for the noobie question here: But for the cyclists here--can you fit a bike in the back with the rear seats down? Obviously, the front wheel needs to be off, but given the size of the hatch...

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Sorry, man, I may be in the minority here, but EL stuff just doesn't do it for me. Front or the back end... Thanks, though.

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Does anybody know if 2000 silver was the same as 97 silver? Looking at this trunk off of a 2000. I am thinking of doing the trunk swap like portflow.

Re: Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread

Not a fan of trunk racks. I've got a roof rack, but still don't like using it. Three reasons:

- Security: even with the lock, don't feel safe leaving it somewhere. Can't even lock it with a trunk...

Re: Official EF SEDAN SQUAD Thread

Any mountain bikers in here? Can you fit a bike in the back with the rear seats folded down? (And front wheel off). I really miss my old 89 sedan. Thinking of adding one to the stable.

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Hey guys, quick question. What's the consensus on those M3 trunk lips? I kind of like them. Good place to get one? Do I need to do a retro-fit?

Sorry, didn't feel like searching. Got a massive...

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

I think that's where I'm going to get mine. I live in a state that does not believe in filling pot holes on an already poorly maintained roads. I had numerous cracks and dents on the lip on my old...

Re: OFFICIAL EK SQUAD PIC THREAD

Nice. Surprisingly, my sedan has been my favorite Honda I've owned. And I've had a lot. Can't wait to see how she turns out.

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Quick question for those with an EJ8 (with VIN # that starts with a "J"). I've owned my sedan for a couple of years and my CV joint is toast. Looking at Autozone, they list two different half...

Re: OEM vs AUTOZONE Wheel Bearings

Well, ordered W0133-1617246 NTN wheel bearings. Hope they work. Also ordered the rear hub assemblies. The rear NTN number is W0133-1615018. This is the non-ABS unit, which is $40 cheaper than the...

Re: OEM vs AUTOZONE Wheel Bearings

Thanks for putting together this list. However, I cannot find a front wheel bearing for my 97 EX. The part number given says they're (finditparts) out of stock. Upon further searching, I came up...

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Mine would be the TSX, NSX and maybe the new Si sedan. I could buy two of those three, but having driven them all, I just don't find them to be any more exciting than my current car. Yeah, more...

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Thanks for the info. I also noticed the mpg took quite a hit. I'll definitely take it off, as it only takes a couple of minutes to remove. I used some shin-etsu grease on the weather strips in hopes...

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2

Those with roof racks--I bought a Yakima rack as I got tired of cramming bikes and skis in the trunk. With the rack installed, there is a ton of wind noise from the clips that go on the door. (I do...

Re: 96-00 roof rack install?

The only allen nut I had tighten was on the tower, which secures the bar. Nothing on the clip--it's just held on by the lock.

96-00 roof rack install?

Hey guys. I bike and ski quite a bit, and finally (after years of folding the rear seats down) bought myself a Yakima roof rack. Installed it last night per the instructions. There seems to be...
