Your going to have to measure oil pressure then get the right size restrictor. Every engine is different and doesn't have the same pressure. I'm running a .078 restrictor.

The oil feed normally is 12mm x 1.5 for Holset. I've use a 12mm x 1.5 to -4an fitting to my oil filter housing. Measure the oil pressure going to the turbo and used -10 or -12an return line.

I would go with South Bend Clutch over the ACT. When I switch over to SBC SS-TZ clutch pressure was a little softer then the ACT 2100. But grap better and faster then the ACT 2100 with street disk.

No one can answer your question because it varies with what turbo your using. For example 15lb of boost on a gt30 is different from 15lb on a gt40. And most important thing is your tune.

FS Holset h1c turbo

I have a Holset h1c turbo for sale, it's the older model hx35. It flow several lbs less this turbo spool quick and is capable of making great power for cheap. 130 pick up or 150shipped.

Before you start taking out the head do what Boost3d-dc2 said below. If the motor is still smoking you can do leak down test to see if it your bottom end or top end.

Yeah if the car is running lean it would cause the motor to run hotter. Which can cause the motor to overheat. I would suggest getting a wideband, to see where the A/F ratio at, it should be around...

You should get the head resurface before you change the head gasket. It is cheap and will save you money in the long run.
