Thanks for the support. The rust doesnt pop back, which is good, but one side the paint starting to crack a bit ( where old paint and new paint meet) since there is no clear coat and i did a poor...

How could the ball joint hitting wheel bearing?? did you press it all the way down..

since you are from HK, cuz it is hot and humid there...
you can definitely feel the car has more power at top end.
(colder air from under the bumper)

One down side with CAI is it gets dirty...

i would suggest go for cheap route before you tackle the fuel pump.
check out the threads on cleaning EGR ports!

i dont run egr sensor with my p28 ecu so this might be your problem...

i own a 95 ex accord.

i just get a oem spec replacement fuel pump. The car is a daily drive and no need for additional power with high gas price... premium fuel cost quite a bit i wish i still...

Your situation is a lot worse then mine, your chassis is eaten away by rust pretty bad.

I would suggest you to find another shell cuz it looks like a lot of work involve and you havent open up...

Mine still holds up pretty good. The only down side I would said is I should get it paint professionally instead of doing it myself cuz i see the uneven color....

One thing i want to add is the por 15 epoxy putty. I finish repair both sides of rust with putty within 2 hours. and it is seal tight and doesnt sack or fall. And strong like rock. And it only cost...

To weld in an inner panel in this tight space will be almost impossible, it would need to cut more and not to mention sanding weld and make it smooth will take lots of time.

Luckly I used utility knife to shape the putty last night before it completely cured. Now it is rock hard.

Here is a little video I made about epoxy putty and see how putty hold up against hammer....
