control valve is stuck open, check by the firewall where the heater hoses go through, make sure whoever did the swap didnt mess up the linkage that controls the valve ...

yeah what kind of rims are you using? lenso's will fit over the GSR brakes, as far as bogarts, you need a spacer, and if your going to use a spacer, it would be advised that you have extended wheel...

it most likely can be done with some custom work, but you need more than just the bulbs, you need the balasts as well, and a way to wire them up, if you're just getting the headlights, then they wont...

i believe the headbolt torque is 66 ft/lbs...someone check me on this... umm..just make sure you have a good breaker bar to loosen the headbolts, even tho its only 66 ft/lbs, those things sometimes...

how long ago have you flushed your coolant? and who did it? if the coolant system wasnt "burped" properly it will keep sucking in coolant from the overflow tank untill it gets full. try filling up...

i also have a 94 JDM B18C (SiR-G) engine, and it has a VTEC pressure switch, and like the above post states, i think its the later year JDM motors when they switched to the single wire VTEC...
