It had to be the crankshaft pulley. It is right near the oil pan. It is the lower most pulley on the motor. It looks as if there should be some sort of knub that sticks off from the gear piece where...

Sata's are good guns. I personaly use and prefer a Devilbiss. The guns we are talking about are high end guns, which are very reliable and shot great so either way I dont think you could go wrong...

Looks like you need a new drivers side fender and to get rid of that rust comming through on the rockers in front of the rear wheels. Oh and that dent behind the drivers door.

I would prefer to have the panels welded in, I have never heard of gluing in patch panels. At least you are doing it the right way and not just trying to "cure" the existing rust. At my shop we weld...

Seriously dont mold anything to the car. And also make sure you feather the filler in really nice, if done right you will never see the body work.

I had a 02 zx6r and I loved that bike, the day I sold it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I prefer the 00-02 front to the one you have.....Its an easy swap hmmmmmmm.... Nice bike man.
