that is because the obd1 cars used a cam angle sensor instead

as far as I know the obd2 cars have to have it.. why not replace it while you have it apart anyway

as the topic says, where do you guys get your compressor housings polished? or do you do it yourself? it seems it would be hard to polish down in the small places..

no, stainless welds verry easily... I use 100% argon vs. 75/25 that most people use for mild, but that is the only differance

oh, and of course you will want to use stainless wire

you may have to pull your probe... when mine broke I think it did that.. I had to replace the probe, that costs almost as much as a new guage...

mine was obvious.. the probe was all blown apart at...

hard too tell.. what do you have the wirefeed speed set at?? it sounds like you may have it too low... with higher power if the speed is too slow, the electrode will burn up into the tip, then it...

how much boost is the T4/T67 running on dyno #1.. boostfeds car... with the t4 hotside on a 1.7 it hits full boost at about 7500 rpm.. that seems very reasonable to me for a little engine with low...

Geoff - can you tell us more about your experiance between the T3/T67 and the T4/T67... particularly why you like the t3 so much more, I would expect the t4 would have been better..

pipe is WAY too heavy for an exhaust... a 3" schedule 40 pipe 6 ft long weighs 150 lbs... tube is definately they way to go.. for exhausts I think the thinner the better (to keep weight down) and it...

has anyone used the tilton single disk clutch?

Tilton claims it holds 400 ft lbs fo torque, I wonder if it may be a good clutch choice for people who want a good clutch, but dont need the 700 ft...
