Up for sale is basically a brand new set of 10mm Ichiba Wheel Spacers Type I, with the exception of one spacer that was used to test fit on my RSX, so it has a few scratches, but its only cosmetic....

From what I get on the instructions it says to rotate the cam gear counter-clockwise 3 teeth from TDC. How would you rotate it 3 teeth with the cover on? Please explain. Thanks!
