92 Ex Accord - Code 43 - could it be thermostat related?

I'm getting a Code 43 on my Accord. The car sat for 7 months, and of course, the thermostat is now stuck open, so the car runs on cold, or near cold, all of the time.

It threw a Code 43 before...
