Finally, a good idea for F1??

The more I have read recently about new regulations for Formula 1 the more the series started to sound like NASCAR with 80s technology instead of the 50-60s tech popular over here. While I certainly...

Re: Antenna Delete Panel (carl_aka_carlos)

Is there a block off plate for the driver? The one in my car hasn't been working very well lately so I'm thinking of removing it.

Re: Could this be something other than my M/C? (robbin)

Another question, are there rebuild kits for master cylinders like there are for calipers, or do they have to be replaced? I'm just thinking if I can crack it open and replace the cup seal or...

Re: Could this be something other than my M/C? (fourthgenhatchB17)

I don't have ABS and I bled the old fluid out anyway. I know for a fact that I didn't bleed the brakes as well as I should have after I finished, but it's not just a soft pedal, it sinks quite...

Could this be something other than my M/C?

Is there anywhere other than the master cylinder that there could be an internal leak in a braking system ie. sinking pedel without losing fluid? Normally, I would assume that the problem was with...

Is the Ford HD fluid considerably better than Valvoline SynPower Dot 4? Not that I'm really concerned about boiling my fluid at this point, I'm just curious how the hierarchy of cheap brake fluid...

Brake question

I'm swapping brake pads in my '90 integra right now, and my question refers to the thin metal bits that fit into the part of the caliper that swings up. I think it's some sort of spring to keep the...

Re: Wandered into the Integra forum.... (MightyMouseTech)

Re: Cable tranny with long gears or short gears better? (bucbaby)

I personally think that the LS transmission is terrible. The 2-3 jump is too big, and 5th gear is utterly useless (as was recently discussed in another thread on here somewhere). I would rather go...

Re: Cable vs hydraulic clutch transmissions? (acy76)

I thought 92-93 integras had hydro clutches. That's interesting... I'll definitely try to find a YS-1 tranny.

Thanks for the help everyone.

Re: Some pictures from the TRAC Racing solo1/race school near Montreal, April 10-11 (Civic44)

Does anyone know who this is? Is he on H-T? I like the graphics and the evidence of racing experience on the driver's door.

Anyway, looks like a good time....
