Re: my 2.2l stroker build thread

Re: I HATE TO DO THIS!!!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES

Leave me out of this. I’ve been battling cancer off and on since 1979. Having lost over six work years to it, I know first hand how illness can affect one’s life. If Don is sick, he has my sympathy.

Re: Import a K20A or modify the K20Z3?

We do 4-5 CNC ported K Series heads per week. The ports in the K20A2 (RSX) head are significantly different from the Civic versions, with considerably more port volume on the intake side.
As far as...

Re: Ported GSR head, need advice on this!

If you look closely, you can see that the entire stock valve guide was tapered from where it breaks into the port all the way to the tip. It's also tapered in the rear.
We were doing this back in...

Re: *NEW* B-Series LMA Info

The LMA's we sell are the ones made for the NSX engine. These have a hardened seat pressed into them from Honda and they are the correct length and travel for use in the B series combinations we...

Re: WISECO SAYS .0040 IS TO LOOSE, BUT BLOCK IS ALREADY BORED!? HELP!

The clearances I recommend are based on combinations using stable sleeves and proper tuning. Some sleeves aren't supported properly and have lateral movement, forcing the use of greater piston to...

Re: My roadracing K24/K20 hybrid build thread

We've been doing heads and pistons for the F20C and k series engines for several years now. We currently have four different CNC port configurations (both intake and exhaust) for each of the K head...

Re: My roadracing K24/K20 hybrid build thread

We configured that manifold for a 2-liter engine where more mid-range was desired. Our RBB manifolds for K24's weigh 3-pounds less, if that gives you any idea of how much material re remove from the...

Re: Update on ENDYN/DHPS Cyl. Heads

When was that Don? Nine years ago?
The only pistons I had made for you were for your D series program for Juan Montalvo’s SCCA car.
At any rate, I can assure you that we are not using...

Re: Update on ENDYN/DHPS Cyl. Heads

It was worth another 10cfm onm the intake side, with minimal chamber volume increase. We have run the head with that configuration extensively on the dyno, and there is no increased tendancy for...

Re: Engine builders needed

Re: Engine builders needed

We refuse to build any Honda engine with aftermarket bearings, but then again, like one or two others, we're sticklers for precise clearances.

Re: The Next "BIG DEAL" for HONDA'S

Re: The Next "BIG DEAL" for HONDA'S

We’ve been selling the bare B16-chambered heads since last fall. The GSR-chambered heads have been available for approximately 2-months now.
The bare heads consist of a machined casting with seats,...

Re: San Diego is cracking down on Modded cars

Re: San Diego is cracking down on Modded cars

You might consider going to SEMA's web site if you hope to do anything about it. But the country voted for "bigger" government to take care of us and they're going to.
As a few may be aware, in...

Re: 92mm crank causing pressure plate to touch starting motor?

I suspect your flywheel bolts are too long and the flywheel isn't being pulled up far enough on the crank hub.
Remove the flywheel, turn the bolts into the holes on the crank, measure length of...
