IIRC,

8 x 1.25 8 mm diameter with a 1.25mm pitch (1.25 mm crest to crest of the thread peaks)

NAPA should have the individual taps. Bring a stud with you to confirm. Pretty standard...

Talk to Dave at SMSP for header/cat/exhaust as a basic entry to making power.

If you don't have a good exhaust (and intake flow) everything else is a bottleneck.

A lower radiator hose heater or a heater hose heater is generally a little easier to install. Given the tiny battery a battery warmer would be good or pop the battery out if the car is to sit...

Did they give you a print-out of the specs they found? Put them on here and maybe someone can compare them to Honda's specs. I believe that there may be aftermarket shims for correcting rear toe...

Actually several people have reported the problem on Fitfreak.net. Most manufacturers resolve the issue...

I realize that the head needs to be welded up, machined, and a new seat installed. I was hoping for someone with Integra experience.

Appears the valve broke. You don't want to see the piston. Bore is OK, oddly enough.

If you have a Type R motor you can go up to 12 MM lift before needing different springs.

Adjustable cam gears may be helpful to put the power where you want it. Along with that thought,...
