Re: RSX Type R vs '98 ITR (yakkosmurf)

Hey wakkoffsmurf, that's just an opinion of yours, and obviously a biased one at that seeing as how you drive the 2000 model. Show me the performance stats that would otherwise prove me wrong. ...

Re: Spoons' DC-5R (TX99SiRacer)

TX99SiRacer

I think this guy is really on crack. Yep, he is. The Si runs a 15.7, and the RSX-S runs a 14.8. Almost a full second faster than your Si, but you say it's slow? Then what do you...

Re: How would a Integra LS (whiteconfusion)

Accord V6 hands down. You're talking maybe a total gain of 15-20hp for the auto teg lx auto with i/h/e, and that's a BIG maybe. The Accord V6 already has about a full second gain in 1/4 mile time,...

Re: 94 Accord LX ECU wiring diagram, vehicle speed sensor wire. (Accord2Go)

I have a Honda Service manual for my 95 Accord LX. They are all the same. I had the same problem installing my HKS SLD, but after studying the book HKS supplied, and my Service manual, I figured...

Re: Lude wannabes... the RSX (SpeedFreek24)

TurboLude22, sorry to hear about your car. BTW, Recaro is German, not JDM. The RSX TypeS is one hell of a car. The Prelude is one hell of a car. End of story!! H22A is still the all mighty 4 cyl...

Need a 92-96 Prelude S or 92-93 Accord DX/LX factory header

Looking for a 92-96 Prelude S or a 92-93 Accord DX/LX factory header, used or new. It needs to be off of a Prelude S or Accord DX/LX 2.2L SOHC F22B engine. Anyone that put an aftermarket header on...

Re: Best oil filter to use? (SOHCkordVTEC)

OK Dude (LOL). If your gonna make up your mind about what filter you want to use, but the results of this little test this guy did, then that's fine. I ain't mad at ya. I read through it, and most...

Re: Best oil filter to use? (SOHCkordVTEC)

Honda filters aren't crap. They are better than FRAM, I know that. I have a Honda HAMP filter on my car now, and it isn't really keeping my oil any cleaner than the one I can buy at the Honda...

Re: Is the spoon ventulli plate worth the $? (Acura97GSR)

I have a used one here at the house. It came off of a JDM B16A engine. It's not mine, but my friend who owns it wants to sell it. They sell for about $260 in Japan, and about $350 here in the...

Re: Spoon SW388 vs. Gunmetal Regamaster EVO (NAB20C5)

How are the black Spoon lugs going to fit your wheels. I thought the black ones were for the S2000 only. They have a different concave seat on them. I was just curious.

Re: spoon engines swaps????? (pkw1)

Spoon makes a limited amount of parts for the H22A. I don't think they have any H22A engines that are completely rebuilt by them, but it wouldn't supprise me if they did.

Re: spoon engines (CRX_VTEC)

SPOON IS THE SHIT!! HAHA. It is very expensive shit. Actually, Honda of Japan builds most of the stuff for Spoon, so you know you're getting good shit. Spoon designs and specs it, and Honda...

Re: ANY EXPERIENCES WITH JAPANPARTS.COM? (bhcvc)

You guys might want to try inlinefour instead. I've ordered stuff from Japan, and the prices are great, but the shipping is usually high. Sorry, havn't ordered from them, but most companies in...

Re: A'pex WS exhaust (01GSR)

I have the WS on my Accord, and it does hang low where the rear section bolts to the s pipe. Other than that, it bolted up great. The reasoning is to allow for a straighter pipe, with minimal...

Re: H22 & F22 (Inlinefour)

There is no such thing as an older ATR. The ATR that's out now is the first and only Accord TypeR there ever was. The SiR, SiR-T and SiR-S all have different levels of the F20b engine. The 5th gen...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (JG Luder)

The cop said that I needed to have an amber reflector up front. I asked him about bulbs, but he said that wouldn't work. I do have the clear bulbs up there, but that's what the lights came with, so...

Re: H22 & F22 (Inlinefour)

InlineFour. If your theory about the F series motors being only in the Accords, and H series being only in Preludes, then why was the 94-97 Accord SiR equipped with an H22A engine in Japan? The...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (SOHCkordVTEC)

I'm not saying I couldn't get pulled over and busted for it, but I highly doubt it. It won't pass inspection with a straight pipe on it, that's for sure. Maybe if I could buy one that looks like a...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (DragIIcivic)

I'm not worried about the emissions thing. I used to have a Catco, and it was suppose to be 50 state legal. PA isn't too into that kinda thing, even though we are the 4th most pollutant state. ...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (DragIIcivic)

Spoon doesn't make an actual catalytic converter. Theirs is just basically a test pipe, but they call it a "cat jack". I think they call it that, because it still looks like a legal cat, kinda. My...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (stockcrix1616)

I might try to make my own if I can find one to buy. The Spoon cats aren't that expensive, only about $150-$200. For some reason, they make theirs really big and fat in the middle. It must be like...

Re: SUPERCHARGED??? (SOHCkordVTEC)

JG, so your saying that having no cat sounds like shit? A guy I know gutted his cat, and it did sound a little strange, but I don't care, as long as it helps my performance. I might just try to...

Re: How much do Hyper Rev mags normally sell for? (Flux)

I have a one year subscription to Option magazine, and it ran me $110. Not too bad concidering they are all over 460 pages long. I can't read one bit of it, but the pictures tell a thousands words....
