Del Sol Turn signal/ Hazard troubles..

I'm officially stumped. I installed a new relay and I still don't have working turn signals or hazard lights. Here's what I've tried/done.

All of the lights are on and working including brake...

I bought my Del Sol bumper cover from abpanels.com They have a warehouse locally. I picked it up for $48 after tax. Check their site and see if they have anything close. That maybe a good option....
