Check the speed sensor. Usually it is just corrosion built up on the connection. Just unplug it and clean it if it is dirty.

You need an OBD1 GSR gauge cluster. ABS and airbags were standard in 95 on CDN GSR's. I have experimented with many gauge clusters before. If the airbag and abs is functional, all you need to do is...

How old are these axles. I had the exact same problem and it was the axles. I just replaced mine today and the shakes are gone. I would double check those axles.

wow, that looks very greasy, if it is coming from the CV joint it may be time to replace it if you have been driving on it without grease.

You probably need new ball joints, is the balljoint spinning when you try to remove the nut?

This was the model I saw after I bought the hub tamer. Glad you confirmed it works just as well. I believe when the go on sale it is definitely less than $100 and makes the total replacement cost...

What kind of fuel pump is that, I may need to upgrade just do to age as sometimes I don't hear my pump priming when I turn the key on and has lead to car not starting...

If you look at my link, the original tool to do this job is shown. I used the hub tamer to remove the bearing.
