Just wanted to post in here to let you know that I looked though this whole thread. Naked.

Re: Kswap Header Dyno Testing - PLM Rcrew Replica, Akmee, K-tuned Big Tube

Not much. All of these headers are nearly the same identical shit. Minimal adjustments were needed. Actually no adjustments were needed for the Akmee to PLM...because its pretty much the same besides...

Re: Kswap Header Dyno Testing - PLM Rcrew Replica, Akmee, K-tuned Big Tube

I just got back home from 2 weeks of wandering around the country. When I get back to the dyno this upcoming week I'll throw some charts up of an ASP big tube(traditional) vs. a Sheepey hood exit on...

Kswap Header Dyno Testing - PLM Rcrew Replica, Akmee, K-tuned Big Tube

The market has been floating the same style k swap headers for some time now. I tried a few of them on the dyno for comparisions sake. Up to bat was the PLM Rcrew Replica, the Akmee header and the...

I had a car. It had an engine. I had 3 sets of cams to try out.

The car was an Acura Integra.

Re: Tested a bunch of stuff on a 13:1 87x99. Manifold vs ITB, K600's vs. Ultra2's,

I thought that setup was a RBC head at 13.7:1? Either way, its beastly. I personally make more power on RBC heads than RBB's and still have yet to see RBB heads make good power. Stock cast for stock...

Re: Tested a bunch of stuff on a 13:1 87x99. Manifold vs ITB, K600's vs. Ultra2's,

As far as I know, there's not a lot of people who make good power on RBB heads. Ported or not it wont make jam like a PRB. Anything over 325 on a mild 99mm is solid IMO. We'll probably get there...

Tested a bunch of stuff on a 13:1 87x99. Manifold vs ITB, K600's vs. Ultra2's,

How's it going? Its been a while.

So I've got this dude. He has a K24 that has the following.

13.1:1 Compression on an 87x99 shelf setup
RBB head 4 Piston Pro TSX'd
DTR Header
4 Piston K600...

Simple 300whp recipe. K24/20 with all shelf parts. Also Dc4 vs Ultra 2 graph

Recently I got to work on a very simple setup that ended up making decent power. I figured i'd share the recipe and results with everyone.

- Skunk2 K24...

Re: skunk2 v2 header b series

I have a mild 85x89 that i have some development to do on soon. I'm going to see if I can get one of these for testing. The last Skunk B header I tested lost a little midrange but made it up on the...

Re: K24 Intake Manifold Testing - Skunk Ultra Vs. Excessive Vs. F20C Vs. GE

Thanks bb

Mr. Hollis. The Excessive wanted the high VTC (our limit being 40) on the initial high cam hit but it wanted to taper down instantly. Where as the other manifolds behaved with a...

Re: K24 Intake Manifold Testing - Skunk Ultra Vs. Excessive Vs. F20C Vs. GE

Thanks everyone. David was just as dedicated as I was to sit in a cold dyno room for hours on end to make this happen. I had the same feeling about the Excessive unit when I saw it. The idea is...

K24 Intake Manifold Testing - Skunk Ultra Vs. Excessive Vs. F20C Vs. GE

Once upon a time by my buddy David had this awesome K20 Integra that eventually ended up evolving itself from a daily driver to a well setup track car. He spent countless days at the track dialing...

Re: JE Pro Seal Head Gaskets

30 PSI 84mm b18c here. I used to go through 2 GE gaskets a year, mainly would start seeing a little blowby and maybe push a hair of coolant every now and then. With the JE I haven't had to touch it....

Re: 125whp out of a 75 shot on a 300+whp K24

Tyler, i'm going to look into those. That's new to me. That idea of the intake manifold makes a ton of sense. I wonder if the same plenum volume theory applies to a direct fogger kit?

Re: 125whp out of a 75 shot on a 300+whp K24

I'm glad that there is some appreciation to this effort.

So anyone reading this that has done any sort of nitrous testing. Have you had similar results? Is my theory of the engine wanting more as...

Re: 125whp out of a 75 shot on a 300+whp K24

Well it's not All Motor. I didn't want to put it in Drag Racing because i'm not one to bench race. Sorry if you feel that i put this in a wrong spot or if it ruined your H-T lurking experience.

Re: 125whp out of a 75 shot on a 300+whp K24

They are easy on the tensioner, quiet in operation, and make good power. I like them. I'd wait until Skunk goes public with their new Ultra cam lineup if you were in the market for cams though. Them...

125whp out of a 75 shot on a 300+whp K24

So I decided to try and toy around with some nitrous tuning. Not just behind the laptop but to play with other variables to find the most power that I can before moving onto a big shot. First the...

Re: K24 MR2 Spyder on a Drag Radial - 12.4@109

I know what i'm in for. I do plan on a 1-2 from either Frana, Albins, or the OBX(LOL) if I end up dumping too much money on everything else on the car.

I had to deal with transmission stuff...

It's too sunny and nice where you are. If you are willing to travel you can use SearchTempest.com and look for listings. I believe there's one with a blown engine in Kentucky for 2500 right now. I...

Re: K24 MR2 Spyder on a Drag Radial - 12.4@109

Odd as it sounds, that's been the plan since the get go. The kinda serious engine doesn't have a whole lot of compression as I've planned it for spray from the buildup. I'm expecting over 500whp on...
