FYI,

It was actually the coolant temperature sensor. $28 from AutoZone. Easy to replace. Connects to the housing that supports the thermostat.

It was the fuel filter. My car has been starting perfect for the past week now.

Well, I replaced the fuel filter yesterday, and its been starting everytime now. I hope this fixed the problem.

fuel pressure regulator didn't fix it. Changing the fuel filter today.

I just changed the distributor last summer. Its hard to believe it is the problem. Besides, why would it only work when...

Well you can hear your fuel pump when you turn your ignition to ON. You'll hear a low humming noise coming from the backseat of your car. If you don't hear that, then you know your fuel pump...

Let me know if the fpr fixed it. I'm having a similar problem right now with my car, and i'm debating about buying a new fpr to see if its the problem. All signs point to it.

Let me start by saying that I just replaced the main relay the other day, and it hasn't fixed the problem.

What's been happening is my 94 Integra struggles to start after being driven for a while....

Do you still have your original exhaust on there? If so, it could be your heat shields around the piping rattling. Just remove them.

Did you check your ignitor? The ignitor is a common problem for failure.

Do you have OEM bulbs in it? In my previous Integra, my left bulb constantly burned out when I had aftermarket bulbs in it, but when I put the OEM bulbs back in, they never burnt out again.
