It's on the cat converter. There is only one. I'm positive on this because I changed mine before on a 94 Gsr. If you look at the pic, it's number 25.

I'm wondering how hard is it, to get the three bolts off the FITV with the throttle body still on the motor? Do I need to go from underneath the car to get to them?

Take a look underneath your dashboard, near your clutch pedal. Is there a leak? The fluid is turning black because one of your seal is getting old. You can try flushing out the old fluild and see...

No you don't need to remove any plastic to get to the button. Just put your head underneath the steering column and look up.

Make sure you resecure that wheel liner real good. I've seen what happen to the front end when the liner came loose and get caught up by your tire. It's not a pretty sight.
