I think the Type-R was just one of the lucky cars. I don't know if it is necessarily "Honda" quality. My new TL-S rattles horribly, and it only has 1500 miles. The 3rd gen. TL had a transmission...

I tend to do a good job with insurance companies. When I totaled my one-year old '00 PY ITR way back when, I got $26K for it from insurance, plus I turned around and sold the damaged car to TypeRmsm...

Well, I figured this was the case...

I got the market report from the insurance company...and guess what! Out of the 15 cars on the list, ONLY ONE IS A TYPE R! And it is listed at 20K!
