I've replaced 2 fuel pump assemblies on customer's cars because of a similar condition you describe. I'm not saying that is the problem, but you might want to find a way to hook up a fuel press....

You have to remove the 4 bolts holding the regulator to the door and then tilt it slightly to access the 2 bolts holding the window glass.

Make sure you get it warmed up and test drive it. Pay attention to the transmission and how it feels, there were some problems with difficulty going into and popping out of 2nd gear.

Grey injector plugs (not black), 2 plugs for the distributor (not 1 like OBD-II), make sure it has plugs for IAB (to verify it's for 94-95 GSR).

Are you referring to the fuel main relay? The battery does not need to be disconnected to replace that. Anyway, get the serial number off the radio and PM me with it and I'll get your radio code.
