NEW set of OEM plug wires with NEW plugs
OEM strut bar from GSR (used)
NEW OEM leather steering wheel wrap.

i would say you definitely got some vacuum lines crossed. recheck, fix what is wrong and then reset ecu.

9.5 rear with +55 will work with 255/35. i had same set up on my ssr wheels. no problems.
