Re: Anyone monitor lean angle while on the track?

Data acquisition is incredibly useful once you've reached point where you can run a consistent line on track. Lean angle in and of itself is not an incredibly important response channel, but your...

Re: $3500 to spend on my bike....what would you buy? (hybridcrx)

Well then maybe the minimum involves new fairings. I don't see why you need a new rear shock, new exhaust and a steering stabilizer. That doesn't make the bike look any less rough (if it is indeed...

Re: $3500 to spend on my bike....what would you buy? (hybridcrx)

I would spend the minimum to fix the bike and then spend the rest on racing/track schools. Otherwise, I'd have a nice, pretty bike, and I'd still suck at riding fast.

A triple-clicker is low...

Re: (MAD ITR 55)

I'd like to get another novice class in before the years done...we'll see if I can get it repaired in time. I have to get a right-side clip-on (maybe left-side...the clutch lever is defintiely bent)...

Pics from CMP trackday (and track wreck)

Disclaimer: long-winded with shitty camera-phone pics.

So I had my first trackday with Sportbiketracktime at CMP (Carolina Motorsports Park) Sept 27th and decided to cover all my bases and pop all...

Re: Does your gear match your bike? (toshiro)

My bike is maroon...so yes.

Re: Nail in my tire, fix or new tire? (rei)

If you are going to patch the tire, which I suggest you don't, it is absolutely imperative that you take the tire off and use a patch/plug combination from the inside. I used to work at a tire shop...

Re: I can't do this. (Rednas)

Re: Guy who did overlays... (uneek4dr)
