Bought a clutch and flywheel from this guy he said it was a BNIB Exedy Stage 1 clutch and used Exedy 9.5lb flywheel.

I sent him payment on January 29th and never heard from him until I asked him if he received payment 3 days later. After that I hear nothing again so I text him if he shipped the package. He says he shipped it but keeps making excuses why he can't give me tracking. After texting him for over a week he says he shipped it and shows me tracking. (This guy only lives 2 hours away from me but I didn't want to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up a clutch so I had him ship it.)

I pick it up from the post office and everything is loose in the box. It wasn't BNIB. I look at it and it looks nothing like the pictures of the clutch online. No Daiken stamp on the PP or clutch disc. His flywheel he sends me doesn't look like the ones I found online either. So I text him and he says I can send back if I want a refund then says all sales are final no returns.

I'm going to dispute it with my credit card, thank goodness I used it with paypal.

Just watch out for this dude.

i refunded the money, and an extra 25 to ship it back and a little extra for his time. still waiting for a tracking number for the package being sent back, but he has failed to respond to any of my messages.

It was not resolved. He wouldn't refund me so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got it back that way. This guy had no intention of returning my money.

Be warned. Others have PM'd me about his scamming ways as well.

And he tried to scam me again when I told him he had to pay for wasting my time to ship it. I can't send something I don't have.

So I refunded him and told him to put down what it really was, a cheap piece of **** ebay clutch which he admitted to buying it from there. So he sends me another shipping payment and asks for an oem clutch...wtf?

So I told him to stop messing around or I wouldn't be sending anything back. Remember he told me it was sold as is, no refunds.

Anyways, I told him I'd send his clutch to him on Thursday when I got Styrofoam to pack it, well guess what I work for a living and couldn't send it via post office because it closes before I get off work.

Then he says if I don't send it back he knows my true colors and he has my address. Threatening me now? I told him to come and I'd kick his ***. So I refunded his last paypal payment to ship it to me because he wants to pick it up since he knows my address.
