CMR customer service problems.
I am making this to help a friend out that doesnt have a HT account.
basically he is getting terrible to no communication when it comes to getting his sleeved block.
he sent money for the sleeving and extra to get a GSR back after sending his LS core in
sent a total of $1250 $1050 for sleeving and shipping back. and $200 for GSR block
he sent money on Dec 18th. sent the block on dec 26th. the recieved the block on Jan 3rd.
was originaly told it was a 3 week turn around time.
that came and went and they would never give him a ETA. would just say we will let you know soon as we hear something.
then they wouldnt respond to multiple emails. he called and they told him for some reason the email were going to there spam folder. its possible but unlikely IMO.
and no they are not responding to emails once again.
Feb19th he sent them a email saying it is getting rediculus that its been 2 months almost since he sent them money and nothing.
now i know for a fact they have access to a computer after seeing posts on FB day after day. so i dont think there is any reason for my good friend to not be in the loop on whats going on with his stuff.
not sure if this is the correct place for this but its the only part of the forum that i frequently go on. and i know most of the poeple that post in this section are for the most part good people and know whats going on.
this also has completely changed my mind on sending my block to CMR for sleeving after the poor customer service my friend has recieved.
if anyone has any contact with them please lmk if you can help.

Re: CMR customer service problems.
originally before he sent the block he had asked for a refund cause he was worried about getting laid off at work and they didnt want to refund him his money.
and now its been to long to do a paypal claim which sucks.

i just got my parts in...i have never had any issues with miller i am doing a gsr build for one of my customers the bearing from acura took about 3 weeks things take time there is no reason to rush a motor build. i def would not want to **** of the guy working on your motor esp. going on h/t and saying that u would never deal with them cause your friend is having a issue getting a hold of them they take in alot of calls all day long. the first block i had darton sleeves installed i had a local machine shop in the soth jersey area install them they only took a full year to get it done and i still got charged full price but i was okay with it cause i dont rush anything just take your time with things it works out better that way ( no i wasn't happy waiting a year but it was my choice to use a local place ) and i would never say who did the work cause i dont bash other companies

its just terrible customer support IMO when you cant email someone back and then when he calls you say his emails where going to spam but they werent going to spam when he was asking about pricing and sending money. all his contacts with them were through the same email before and after payment.
he understands **** happens and people get backed up on work and stuff gets pushed back but im just saying it would be nice for them to let him know whats up. yeah im sure his motor isnt on the top of the list nor is the most exspensive but even the little guy should matter.

Cnc tells everyone 3 week turn around and it ends up taking months. But at end of day miller is to blame since he promising something he can't do.

i understand what you are saying. and i am the most patient person i know as long as i know whats going on. and im sure my buddy would be perfectly fine with it taking longer as long as they would email him back instead of no responses. and dont tell them the turn around time is 3 weeks. jus to see what they would say i emailed them asking what the turn around time on a motor would be if i sent it in and they sais 3 weeks. thats after they had had his motor for over a month.

Re: CMR customer service problems.
Good luck with trying to get the money refunded. I had the same problem with his billet tranny cases. We paid for 2 of them and waited almost 6 months before he shipped one. Another 2 weeks go by and he finally ships the second one. Then when we find out that the machining is off and the shift changer won't line up. He then tells us to ship it back to them. We ship the first one back and hear nothing from him. 2 weeks later we receive a check in the mail for a refund for one of the cases. He then tells us to ship the second one back and the check will be in the mail. Till now we never got out money back for the second case. He keeps telling us that he refunded the credit card that we originally used to pay for it but he can't provide me with a transaction number for the refund. So good luck to your friend on trying to get money back from a scammer. He knew there was problems with the cases but shipped them anyways. That's why you don't hear about anyone using the miller billet cases.

I'm pretty sure cnc engine dynamics is having problems right now or may have even closed up shop. I thought miller was using. L/A sleaves for his blocks.

No one is being robbed of anything. And no one has asked us for a refund.
I've quoted everyone about 4-5 weeks on sleeved blocks. Yea we are behind right now and working frantically to get everyone done. We have ALOT of blocks to sleeve.

I used golden eagle for my sleeving and went through speed factory for the payment. I was quoted 4-6 weeks. It took less than a month for GE to do their thing and send it back to me direct. After such a smooth transaction I would recommend them to anyone.

I can tell you right now THIS is definitely not the way to handle it. Even if he doesn't have a Honda tech profile, you could have PM'd me on here. If you guys noticed were on Facebook, why not message us there? I have no email from the 19th. I'm not saying he didn't send one but I don't see one. If anyone sent me an email thinking we were scamming them or anything of the sort I would absolutely answer it.

Here is Bradley Justus emailing me
On another account asking me if I'm receiving his emails. He asked for a free base map and I told him YES and to send the details. I then told him the correct email address is Sales@CmrParts.com
I emailed him on 2/21.
Here's Is the screen shot of that.

Here he is responding me on 2/21. Yes I did not read this email entirely and missed him asking for an ETA. That's my fault. But this by no means someone who cannot get through to us. He hasn't called once while I'm in the office.

well cmr is all some guy, cust needs to also know there is a high demand on motor work. not everyone is going to be able to get everything done in a timie matter. the racing season is underway so there are going to be alot of projects out there. people will only trust what is done and can do. im down with cmr any day.

Been dealing with Steve and Chris for a while now and no problems on my end. Bought a bunch of parts and will continue to do so. I will also be dropping my block off next week for o-ringing

Re: CMR customer service problems.
And finally, here is Brads email (which I now see) IN my spam folder. For some reason when he emails me at Sales@GetPowerHouse.com it goes to my spam folder. One time it didn't. I'm not sure why this is happening. This is why we have multiple forms of contact. I've since emailed Bradley about this and I'm going to send him my cell phone number. So then isn't an issue. Posting something like this on a forum is not the way to handle it.
