Default BEWARE - Solid9k is a Scammer

Around a month ago, I post up a thread looking for a CTR wing base. I received a PM from Solid9k having one and he'd be willing to sell it to me for cheap, since he no longer has any use for it. He asked for $50 plus $10 for shipping. I asked if he had paypal, he didn't, but from the things he mentioned to me, I knew he was active duty like me. I wired the money from my account to his, and he says he'll get it shipped out asap. He gets busy and doesn't get it shipped out until 2 days after I send the money. No problem, he says he had duty and had to work late. I keep asking for a tracking number, but he never provides one. He says he has it, but has to find it, or offers another excuse or just plain ignores my text. It's been over 3 weeks since I sent the money and he has yet to provide me with any info regarding the base. Last time I heard from him, I told him I have not yet received it and asked for the tracking number. He said he'll look for it, then never texted back. As I believe he is active duty, I am going to bring this to the attention of my chain of command, to locate him and file charges. I've kept all the PM's, emails, and what few text messages he has sent, and will post those up later today. Below is all the info I have on him:

Name: Christopher Colson (I received a few emails from James Wilbright before I made the purchase, so he could've given me a false name)
tel:757-339-9415
Email: whitewasp811@yahoo.com
State: Virginia

Received a PM asking for my info. We may have the beginnings of a resolution.

No further communication or wing base. Everyone should know to stay away from this scammer.

I got scammed for $400 from this guy as well. I have since filed a police report, but I doubt I'll get any money back. Anyone on here know of anything else that can be done to maybe get it back?

Glad this thread is working, to keep other from getting scammed by him. This should render all his vouches nullified. Once a scammer, always a scammer

This scammer last logged on on 10-23. Apparently aware of this thread, but chooses to do nothing to correct the situation. Let's hope he's not trying to scam anybody else.

no activity from this scammer, since the date mentioned above. He probably has no conscience or any mindset to do the right thing, and is happy scamming people for the hard earned money. I hope karma catches up to him quickly.

I filed a police report and am hoping there is something they can do. Wish I had his home address, I have a good good friend that lives in Virginia. I was telling him about this and he said if I could get his home address he's go over and be "ME". Mind you, he is no small guy, he a southern grown corn fed beast haha. Said he's either get my money or some blood, I'd almost rather blood at this point. Worthless piece of ****.

WHEW- I came SO CLOSE to buying over $1k worth of parts from this guy. I hate you guys ran into trouble with him, but I'm glad I dodged a bullet. Hopefully everything will be sorted out properly in the end...

I'm not concerned with getting anything back, I hope Acurazor does though. I just want to put the word out that this guy is nothing but a lowlife scammer, and keep other people from getting scammed by him. Glad you didn't lose any money to this scumbag.

If he's active duty, you should track down his C.O. and see what he thinks of this POS and his actions to scam people out of their money. I live in Hampton Roads! CRAZY!

I've been trying. I've already informed my Division Officer and Dept. Head of the situation, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
