BNIB B17 short block **Last One That Was in Honda system**
i have 1 brand new in box, OEM b17 short block from honda, i was recently searching for one for my db2 build and found out honda had 2 left on the shelves between US and canada, so i grabbed them both up. realized i made a mistake and could use the money for other parts needed. so its gotta go.

checked today for fun, they have 2 oem bare blocks left, they are $1400 and they are bare, no crank, no pistons, no oil pump, no oil pan, no rods, and they have a few cranks left at $835 a piece.. thats an expensive crank lol

If that were true, it'd be sold. Honestly, a stock b17 is a benign boring engine. Low compression pistons making b16 power.
This is not a good deal to anyone but a second gen Integra purist.
Not being an ******* on your FS threads would be more beneficial to selling than proving your point.

the point of buying this is not for power or performance. Its for a piece of super rare honda b series history. Similar to buying an NSX. If i still had my second gen integra i'll be all over this.

im glad some people understand who and what this engine is for.. nobody said to make a race motor, or that its a high performance engine. this is for a 2nd gen purist or maybe even a collector, or someone who has the patience to sit on it for a few years and flip it for big bucks.. but i don't have patience, and wanna get the ball rolling on my db2 i am building

also, the one im selling is not the one in the pics lol.. as the one i am selling is still sealed in the box, taped shut, inside the box still sealed in plastic and taped shut as well.. i put pictures of mine since its out of the box

i forgot to post pics of the one i am actually selling since the one in the pics will be the one i am gonna use. this one is still wrapped up from honda ready to go, or to be stashed away as a collector item
