Default Spring rates for Honda Challenge Del Sol

I am finally buying new suspension for my Del Sol. I am going with the Apexi N1 pro coilovers. What is strange to me though is that the spring rates they come with are 16K and 7K. It just seemed that the difference was so extreme. Does anyone have experience with track only del sols and the spring rates. Is there a specific reason that the difference is so large? I am just use to the rates being much closer because everyone else I know races Integras. Just trying to see if I shoul be buying any other springs to play with. Thanks for any input.

Edit: Also I am running a 22mm rear sway bar with the stock front bar.

Try http://www.lockracewrks.com/Ou....html
Sam races a DelSol in ECHC, Joey is the man who sets the car up. They are a wealth of information.

Good luck.

Cheers, Limey
