Spring rates for EK

I road race a 1999 civic hatch and since switching over from my 1995 hatch, I am totally lost to what spring rate to use. Some use 1200 front 1000 rear, some the opposite. What I would like to know is, Does anyone have a track/race EK and what rates do you use?
