Default Power steering boiling?

I'm about to be moving to NC and I'm wondering if I should worry about my PS boiling on extended mountain pass runs? The car is a 98 GSR sedan with the OE 2 pass tube cooler in place. Should I let it ride til there's an issue or install a small multi row cooler?

Thanks in advance,
Frankie

It's where Frankie tries to go to heaven instead of Hollywood. Hopefully he only takes himself out and not a bus load full of nuns...

PS
You're way nicer than I am.

LOL Frankie is trying to just "relax"
I'm hoping he isn't trying to do any of that "spirited driving"
FYI Frankie.... If that is the case get ready for the ultimate flame job.
We don't condone that.

I don't necessarily mean hauling *** through the mountains. I like to go out and drive, it's relaxing. I don't want to go out for a 2 hour cruise and on my way home have my PS boil over. I'm going to be living about 1.5 hours from Deals Gap and the Tail of the Dragon so I'll be doing a lot of turning. I'm just wondering if anyone has had it happen during a race so I know if it's something to think about. If it's fine during a race (RPM will be higher therefore more heat) then I'm sure I'll be fine

EDIT: I'm new to having hydraulic power steering (have always had manual or electronic) and I've never lived in the mountains. That's why I'm asking about this.

Hey! You kids get off my lawn!

I know folks who run Integra/Civics with PS in 13-24 hour enduros without boiling fluid. I suspect you'll be ok... Until it boils over and pitches you off a cliff and into the woods.
