motor mounts

Re: motor mounts
i dont have any experience with H22's, but my B series ripped the driver side motor mount apart 1/2 way through its 2nd track day. i upgraded to Hasport's 70A's and of course no issues, still gets a ton of vibration but its a track only car so it doesnt bother me.

Re: motor mounts
Innovative and Hasport list the following Urethane stiffnesses:
Innovative Motor Mounts
60A Street (Red)
75A Track (Black) [Add $10.00]
85A Race (Grey) [Add $10.00]
95A Extreme (Red) [Add $10.00]
Hasport
U62A (Street)
U70A (Race)
U88A (Extreme Race)
U95A (Most Extreme Race)
I'm using the Innovative 85 (grey) durometer mounts on my race car (B18C type R in an EK). The rear mount hole was somewhat worn/enlarged, and it was the hard red (probably 95 durometer) style, so when I replaced it, I switched it to the grey 85 durometer to match my other mounts. I've heard that the very hard (95 durometer) are really for drag race cars, and for a road race track car, you want to use the slightly softer durometer mounts. - Jim
