My purpose is to make a replica and use it on track days. Machining parts it's not a problem for me, so i looking for better pics.
And those manufactory parts looks really better than most of aftermarket ones.
Anybody find this documents interesting? like the calipers water cooling system.

Re: civic sir jtcc Gr.A
I feel like you just found top secret FBI information, except the Honda version of it...
Extremely interesting stuff, crazy to think all of those parts were engineered almost exactly 20 years ago, and is still not available to the public today... 'ahead of its time' is an understatement.
Thanks for sharing!!

Very cool sheets - A lot of info that I don't really give a hoot about but I like the camshaft specifications and cylinder head port dimensions.
I actually made up some ITB's and had to make somewhat crude measurements to model the intake ports (used my gasket as a template)... This would have been great to use to put into solidworks....
Also I on the last document (grN.pdf) on page 3 there is a callout for the camshaft measurements (cam lift)...maximum intake of 6.9mm then on pages 11 & 12 there are "primary" and "secondary" cam lift specifications. Arn't the two "non-vtec" lobes identical? I know on the newer engines with switching systems have two different profiles on the two "low-lift" cam lobes and then one "high-lift" lobe.
Also I couldn't find the rocker ratio on the spec sheet. I assume that would be very important to calculating valve lift. Isn't it about 1.6?

Gr.A is modified, Gr.N is quite unmodified.
the three cams are different, the purpose is to create swirl for fuel economy with non vtec cams.

Interesting subject!
If I'm not mistaken the front hubs were machined out of billet aluminium having a single stud for racing purposes...the result would be a nice bit of weight saving on either corner!!
The rear trailing arms were also significantly lighter having big holes drilled out of them and any excess metal shaved away.
The rear lca's were also machined out of aluminium and rose jointed.
