00 Odysseus starts, dies, then stays on after given gas. .
First time on here so hi!
I have a 2000 Honda odyssey. I had a new tranny put in about 20k miles ago. My check engine light is on. Yesterday I started it & it started but bogged down fast and died. While the key was turned "on" but not started, the car seemed to shake a bit. I tried starting it a few times and it did the same thing. I started it again and pressed in the gas and it stayed on. I was able to drive home among other things.
Today while sitting in parking lot with car running, it seemed to act like it was about to bog down and shut off so I stepped on gas that prevented that from happening (if that's what it was about to do).
What could this be?

I have the same problem. Van cranks, and cranks, only. It runs when you give it gas, but when RPM goes to zero (brake or stop sign), it dies again... I've researched and it could be main relay (under dashboard driver side), or fuse (fuse box) or fuel pump itself... start with the fuses.
