HOW TO: Boost gauge readings: pounds lbs to khpa to bar conversions

did a search, I have an autometer boost gauge and a blitz dtt turbo timer that reads boost in khpa, does anyone know how to convert these measurements?

1 bar is equal to 14.5 psi. so u take whatever bar u get and multiply by 14.5 and that's ur psi.

is bar the same as hkpa? because my turbo timer reads it in hkpa? i thought bar was kg/cm^3

looks good, but what about hkpa and mpa (wrx stock gauges)

14.5psi = 1 bar
1 bar = 1.0197 kg/cm^2

For the V/SAFC guys:

(kg/cm^2) = PSI
.035 = 0.5psi
.070 = 1.0psi
.105 = 1.5psi
.141 = 2.0psi
.176 = 2.5psi
.211 = 3.0psi
.246 = 3.5psi
.281 = 4.0psi
.316 = 4.5psi
.351 = 5.0psi
.387 = 5.5psi
.422 = 6.0psi
.457 = 6.5psi
.492 = 7.0psi
.527 = 7.5psi
.562 = 8.0psi
.597 = 8.5psi
.633 = 9.0psi
.668 = 9.5psi
.703 = 10.0psi
.773 = 11.0psi
.843 = 12.0psi
.914 = 13.0psi
.984 = 14.0psi
1.00 = 14.23psi

there must be tons of conversion calculators on the net http://images.honda-tech.com/set1//smile/emcrook.gif

I like this site the best. It converts EVERYTHING.

http://www.convert-me.com

1 psi = 6.895 kilopascal (kPa) or 68.95 hectopascal (hPa) or 0.06895 bar.

I don't see a khPa, but I'm assuming it is kPa.

Actually,

1 bar = 10^5 Pa, which is approx. 1 atm, or 14.7 psi.

Just do a google search on pressure conversion, there are tons of websites.

keep in mind that is atmospheric pressure which is completetly different than a manifold vacuum
