Honda coolant, Type 1 and Type 2
 
Does anyone here know what the differences are between Honda Type 1 and Type 2 coolant?

yea bro the type 1 coolant isnt mixxed wit water. type 2 is a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emwink.gif

Yes, and my friend who works at a honda dealer said, soon they'll be phasing out the unmixed 100% coolant type. So you'll only be able to get the 50/50 stuff.

yea bro i work for an acura dealership and we are using more of the type 2 than the type 1. type 1 is phasing out https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emwink.gif
