nice detail on how to remove rear seats, but if somebody didn't know how to remove the back seats before they should have never gotten there license.

I'm assuming you calibrated the scale with the plywood and cans on it, right?

Good post. Nice red hatch there. I've had my back seats out for years. And my front passenger seat is usually pulled out too. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

So...now nobody can sit in the rear of your hatch and you saved 27 pounds: not enough weight to drop your ET any significant amount (.027 seconds if you're a driver who can replicate his best passes with 100% precision).

What's the point?

Excellent writeup and brilliant pictures though https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif.

I see what you're saying, and it makes sense, I didn't remove my seats to shave off ".027 seconds" I did it because i really have no use for it. My friends don't like sitting back there, and removing it didn't cost me any money. This is purely opinion based... but, i kind of like the striped hatch look, so i didn't hesitate to remove it.

And thanks for the comments!
